Our Team Members
Joseph Tucker
Executive Officer and Founder
Is a dedicated research and public policy professional with over 14 years of experience driving transformative programs across governance, education, health, digital, and innovation sectors. Joseph holds a Master's in Research and Public Policy, a BSc (Honors) in Public Sector Management from IPAM, University of Sierra Leone, and a Diploma in International Relations from Milton Margai Technical University. His proven proficiency encompasses the full project lifecycle, with advanced skills in qualitative and quantitative data management, analysis, and the application of specialized software tools to inform policy and program strategy.
Lahai Dennis Musa Jr
Research Coordinator
Is a dedicated Qualitative Researcher and Project Coordinator with a strong academic foundation in Development Studies and Economics. He has Proven ability to oversee complex fieldwork, ensure data integrity, and translate research findings into clear, evidence-based policy recommendations. Lahai Dennis Musa Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Management and Technology (UNIMTECH), Sierra Leone. Another Bachelor of Science in Development Studies Stella Maris Polytechnic University (SMPU), Monrovia, Liberia with Diploma in Advanced Microsoft Software | ITC Academy, Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Finance Officer
Is a results-driven Finance Officer with four (4) years of experience managing financial operations for local organisations and micro finance institutions in Sierra Leone. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone.
